All orders ship from our facilities within 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS (about 1 calendar week). Rest assured that all orders are on time and will ship within the scheduled time frame. 

Orders do not ship on weekends and we are closed on holidays. You will receive a notification on the day your order is scheduled to ship. You may then track your delivery, however please then allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update. Let us know if you do not receive a tracking number within 6 business days of placing your order.

To receive the fastest answer, please first visit our FAQs Page for questions about order status, address changes, making an order modification or cancellation, and other common questions before contacting customer support. If your order has shipped and you would like to reroute the address, you must contact USPS for assistance.

 

When your order arrives, it will come with a protective brown or blue layer on the front. Carefully peel the layer off from the corner and be careful not to scrape the surface. The protective layer will peel off with ease once lifted.

You will receive an email response or call back within 1 business day. If your matter is time sensitive and you do not provide enough information in the initial email, we may be unable to accommodate your request.
